The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted by law, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The sweepstakes will be held on December 7th 2024, and all contestants must attend the live event to be selected.
Limit 1 (one) entry per person per contest. Multiple entries in the same contest from the same person will not increase odds of winning.
The winner(s) will receive: one prize ranging from $100 to $2000 in value. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, import taxes, VAT, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via social media video upon the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Murphy’s Magic Supplies, anyone acting on behalf of Murphy’s Magic Supplies, and Murphy’s Magic Supplies licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify your entry in any way, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without limitation.
